Returns:-
The purchased item or Ice Cream Scoops must be returned within 70 days after delivery.
All returned Ice Cream Scoops must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
Returns are also considered for products found to be damaged within the packaging and other conditions might vary for returns as per product category.

Return Process:-
1.Refunds:-
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 70 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For returned item/ Ice Cream Scoops , full refund is issued to the original payment method i.e. bank account, UPI ID, net banking, etc.
2.Exceptions:-
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund.
Note:
For receiving a non-returnable item in a damaged/unsatisfactory condition, you can contact us within 70 working days from the delivery of the product.

Note:- In case you receive an item even after cancelling, you can just refuse to accept it. Any amount paid for it will be refunded to your original payment method.

Your order will get cancelled instantly & a refund will be processed to your original payment method if the payment was made in advance.
